- How do I order the bottoms of the tankini I want?
- For the Holly Peplum Tankini, the drop down box says “s w/high-waist bottoms” that means a small top with small high-waist bottoms. (see below if you need a different size top and bottom)
- The Nikki Tankini and Julia Peplums are also sold as a set
- **ALL OTHER TANKINIS have the tops and bottoms sold separately. You must add the top and bottoms to your cart separately. The tops and bottoms sizes are in the same drop-down box.
- How do I order a different size top and bottom on the Holly Peplum and Nikki Tankini?
- The Holly Sequin Peplum Tankini and Nikki Tankini is sold as a set with the top and bottom! If you need a different size top and bottom, no problem! Just order according to your top size and email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and subject line SIZE CHANGE. Make sure to include what size you need in the bottoms!
- How do I exchange or return my swimsuit?
- Your package should have a return/exchange card! If not, please send all exchanges and returns to:

- Include your order number along with a note that states if you would like a return/refund or an exchange! For exchanges, don’t forget to describe the swimsuit and size you would like.
- We will get your return/exchange processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your package.
- **For super speedy exchanges (and to guarantee you get the size and suit you need in case it sells out), place a new order and request a refund on your returned suit!
- What is your return policy?
- We accept unworn swimsuits within 30 days of purchase (or shipment, if it is a pre-order) for a refund or an exchange! The hygiene strip must be in place when returned, as well. Customers are responsible for paying for shipping their items back to us!
- There was no hygiene strip on my suit when I received it. What should I do?
- The hygiene strip should be included separately in the package! Please apply the strip before trying on and do not discard after trying on if you plan on returning or exchanging the suit. Thanks!
- Where is my order?
- Orders normally take 3 to 5 business days to be delivered! If you have not received your order in that time frame, please contact us with your order number at email@example.com.
- Why hasn’t my order shipped?
- We ship orders placed after 8:30 AM MST the next business day.
- If your tracking information is saying that only a label has been created, please contact us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Where is my refund?
- Orders take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed! If you are not seeing your refund email within 3 to 5 business days, please contact us at email@example.com.
- It can take up to 7 to 10 business days for refunds to show up on bank statements. If you are not seeing the refund in your bank account within 7 to 10 days after we have processed the return, please contact your bank :)
- What size should I choose?

- Make sure to read the description of the swimsuit you are interested in for specific sizing tips! If a suit says to size up or down, that would be a size up or down from the category you fit into on our size chart!

How do I take my measurements?
- Bust - around fullest part of chest wearing a bra
- Waist - smallest part of stomach (usually a few inches above your belly button)
- Hips - around fullest part of hips
- Torso - start with the measuring tape at the top of the shoulder, between the legs, then up to meet at the shoulder
- I entered incorrect info on my order! How do I fix that?
